Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy:Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

  • Lead Generation & Sales:Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and close deals to achieve targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Partnership Development:Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis:Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize business strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
